Braelynn--6 months old

Braelynn, Where has the time gone?  It cannot be going by so fast.  You are SOO much fun.  Everybody adores you.  At your last check up you measured in the 30th percentile.  You are definitely my little one.  But what you may lack in size you certainly make up for in spirit.  You never stop moving.  You shake your right hand constantly.  And when I place you on the floor you roll over and over and wiggle like a worm.  You still only have two teeth but continue to drool like CrAzY.  You are a total momma's girl.  Your eyes follow me as I walk around the room and you scream in protest if I move out of your line of sight.  But as much as you adore me you save your biggest smiles for Dad.  Everytime you see him or hear his voice you grin from ear to ear and wriggle with joy.  We love you so much.

Happy Halloween

Pumpkin Patch

Kade's Preschool took a field trip to the pumpkin patch.  Trayton was so excited that it was early release and he could come with us.  Here we all are on the Hayride.  I had an interesting chat with the farmer during the hay ride.  He said that based on the changes in the farming industry he recommends that everybody should store food under their beds.  He predicts that within the next 10 years stores are not going to be fully stocked and we are going to have to rely on our own food storage.
They had some old mattresses underneath a bunch of hay.  It was like a big hay trampoline.  Jordynn LOVED it.

All three kids got to pick out their own pumpkin.  Then we came home and turned them into pumpkin rolls.  Mmmm. Mmmm. Good.
