 What kind of Mom let's her kid leave the home looking like this?

I'm not sure if that mom is super cool in allowing her 5 year old the freedom of self-expression and creativity? Or, a mom that is raising a juvenile delinquent?

Kade has been asking for his hair to be cut like this for probably 8 months.  I told him once school was out I would do it.  And I kept my promise.  I'm not sure how long I'll let him keep it like this.  But for now he's my X-Man.
